At The Brick House, we specialize in catering to your unique needs. Our flexible service options include pickup, delivery, and full-service catering, all tailored to fit the vision and requirements of your special day.

Catering Guide


All orders are fulfilled in half or full portions. Below is a breakdown of the portion sizes.


● Half Orders Feed 10-12

● Full Orders Feed 20-24

● Bread Loaf Order Feeds 10




Example Catering Order:


o 2 Full Salads of your Choice (House or Caesar Salad)


o 2 Full Pasta Dishes (i.e. Rotini Creamy Pesto, Rigatoni Meat Sauce)


o 2 Full Protein Option (i.e. Italian Beef, Chicken Picatta)


o 2 Full Sides of Your Choice (i.e. Sautéed Vegetables, Mashed Potatoes)


*This is a model catering order to serve 50 people.

Catering Pick Up

Once the order is placed you will get confirmation for your order.


If any changes need to be made to the order they can be adjusted at that time.


On the day of pickup at your chosen Brick House location:


  • You will be greeted at your desired pick up time and     one of our employees will help you load the food and       chosen catering items into your car.


  • You will get instructed on how to put together the disposable set up.


  • We will be able to address any further questions.

Catering Delivery

-Disposable


Our catering team will deliver the food to the address  

       that is provided.


● One of our catering specialists will arrive 30 minutes  prior

       to the delivery time to set up.

   (i.e. if the event is at 3:00pm, they will arrive at 2:30pm.)


● We will set up the disposable chafing dishes, heating elements,            

        and all eating utensils.


● Once everything is setup, the food will be placed in our warm

       chafing dishes and you will be instructed how to keep the food

        warm.


● Then they will proceed to clean up any mess and leave you to

        your event.


Disposable Set Up Automatically Includes:


● Chafing Dishes-to hold food

● Sterno "Heating Element"

● Disposable Plates

● Disposable Cutlery w/napkins

● Disposable Serving Utensils

Elegant Catering

Setup & Delivery

This is recommended for any Elegant gatherings such as Weddings, Corporate Events, Ceremonies, etc.


(This is recommended for 50-100 people)


**Elegant Caterings are currently unavailable to order online. Please use our Catering Inquiry to submit a request and our catering manager will get back to you within 24 hours.



● Our catering team will drive to the destination that is provided

       and proceed to set up the formal catering.


● You will be provided one buffet attendant per 50 people.


● The buffet attendant will arrive 45 minutes before dinner service

       to set up.


● They will be there for four hours, and at the end of the event

       they will take care of all cleanup.

(For example if the event starts at 3:00pm,

our attendant(s) will arrive at 2:15pm and stay till 7:00pm.)


* Additional labor can be provided based on request.


Elegant Set Up Includes:


● Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes


● Sternos “heating source” with Stainless Steel Holders


● Metal Serving Utensils


● Elegant Bowls and Fancy Platters


● Includes disposable cutlery rolled in napkin and disposable

       plates



Note:

Dining ware, Silver ware, Glass ware, Porcelain Platters are not included. However they are available to be included in your package for an additional fee.

Appetizer Social

(This is recommended for wineries and in house socials.)


**Appetizer Social is currently unavailable to order online. Please use our Catering Inquiry to submit a request and our catering manager will get back to you within 24 hours.


Designed for events filled with lively conversation- like baby showers and social gatherings- Our Appetizer Social keeps guests happily snacking while they chat.



● One buffet attendant will be provided to set up and

       maintain the buffet throughout your event.


● They will also be responsible for the cleanup of the  

        buffet.


● The attendant will arrive approx. 45 minutes prior to

       your event to setup.


● The attendant will stay for four hours

  (i.e. Attendant arrives at 2:15pm and leaves at 7:00pm)
